It's Official~we're moving to DC in June




Whew, the finally anticipated news has arrived. Scott found out today that we are "officially notified" that we are moving to DC and Scott will be working at the Pentagon this summer for a 3 year tour. Now the fun begins of finding a house and getting the area, schools, and of course a church figured out....we've already started our excel spreadsheets with data! :)


I thought it would be fun to post a few pictures from our first trip to DC together-it was BK (before kids) and these pictures were from December of 1998 in front of the White House. I just love the "Honey Fitz" life preserver. That was actually in the museum and I had to take a picture of it.

    I have a WONDERFUL church for you all to try. It's what I consider a Mega-Church but it has everything you could possibly be looking for...I WILL be attending there when I return one of these days...good luck with the rest of your list items!
